#LifeHacks are looking for 4 emerging illustrators or graphic designers who are interested in gaining great industry-based experience and exposure.
What is the opportunity?
The NME #LifeHacks Graphic Design Live Brief Challenge is a paid, industry-based experience. You will:
- Get a masterclass with NME’s Creative Director (15th June) and feedback on your initial draft ideas half way through the project
- Be set a brief to create assets to be used in artwork for the #LifeHacks event, including flyers, posters, in-mag advert and social media promotion
- Get great exposure for your work, including NME print media, social media and video.
- Receive a token payment of £75 inc VAT for your work
What is #LifeHacks?
NME have joined forces with youth charity Create Jobs to deliver the first #LifeHacks event.
The event will feature high-profile speakers and panellists sharing their experience and advice on careers and life in the creative industries, followed by the chance to network, before an exclusive gig.

Please send a copy of your CV / portfolio to Sumi Ejiri at Create Jobs on firstname.lastname@example.org by Sunday 12th June.
In your email, please confirm you are free for the masterclass on 15th June, and that you have enough time to complete the brief by 29th June.
First deadline for draft submissions for feedback is midnight Tuesday 21st June.
