Music lover – it’s a pretty big part of what we do, so it really helps if you have a passion for music and you’re comfortable speaking about it.
Communication – You can communicate clearly and effectively. You’ll be dealing with various people from different offices within MassiveMusic, so need to be comfortable voicing your opinions as well as taking on feedback constructively.
Organisation – You can multi-task and juggle a few different projects and tasks at once. You’re confident in managing your workload, and prioritising effectively.
Pro-active – You go beyond the necessary and look for ways to add value with everything you do.
Attention to detail – You check and double check everything before it leaves the building and goes to a client. You have super high standards for the work that you present and send on.
Team Player: You work collaboratively with your team to offer support where needed. You show passion for your work and bring positive vibes to the team. You’re a self-starter and understand that individuality in your work is just as important and team playing.
Mac-literate – you know you way around a mac and ideally Keynote
