Production Assistant Internship

Working as part of the team in a fast paced stills and moving image production company, the candidate will play a key role within our close-knit team; providing support to producers from briefs coming in through to shoot day logistics and post production.

Our client base is broad, working across fashion & luxury, alongside creative directors, advertising agencies and artists of all disciplines.

We work closely with our clients from an early stage to develop concepts, find the most compelling talent and create motion and stills content that is both exciting and engaging.

Attention to detail and an understanding of the creative process is what sets us apart, while our work ethic, imagination and technical expertise ensure consistency across every project we collaborate on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • -  Managing production kit room, ensuring kits are fully stocked and packed ready to go on set.
  • -  General organisation and admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office.
  • -  Assist in organising teams for shoots which will include communicating with model agencies, locations, styling teams, HMU & set design agencies, crew and vehicle & equipment suppliers.
  • -  Location research and scouting.
  • -  Assisting with research for client presentations.
  • -  Drafting social media posts and keeping up to date with the release of upcoming work.
  • -  Assisting the production team on set.

You must be aged 16-24 years old, and unemployed and claiming Universal Credit.

Key Requirements:
- A multi-tasker with great organisational and time-management skills.
- Professional and reliable with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A genuine interest and knowledge of the creative industries.
- Understanding of the values and expectations within the fashion and luxury industry

This programme is being delivered as part of the government’s Kickstart Scheme.

To be eligible to apply you must be aged 18 – 24 and claiming universal credit.
