Marketing Executive

We are a London-based B2B e-commerce platform for independent traders. Although we are young, we are the UK’s biggest B2B marketplace of our kind disrupting an old fashion industry that is historically dominated by trade shows and in person sales reps. Our Marketing Executives directly contribute to the growth of the business, and development and retention of customer relationships. These teams ensure our message is communicated widely with a new audience and ensure the smooth ongoing interactions with our customers. They are a source of unique insights that contribute to improvements in the business by gathering important feedback, trends and analytics through their work.Designing and executing on ideas and creative ways to reach new customers and increase retention with existing customers across our digital marketing channels.

We are a small, entrepreneurial team and the pace is fast! We are informal and collaborative so there is usually a steady hum of people sharing ideas. Every day is different as a growing business expanding into new markets, with new challenges and regular experimentation within the team.

Your day will include:

  • Reporting to a small team, presenting in daily team meetings, written communications interacting with customers and dealing with a daily email response and executing the monthly project and marketing plans
  • Problem-solving and contributing to solutions to challenges that arise in the respective business area.
  • Designing and implementing monthly digital marketing campaigns/account management framework.
  • Reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and framework. In this role, success would be achieving: organic web traffic by 10% per month from digital channels
  • Executing the weekly content production plan and tracking success, reporting new insight every week
  • to improve Increase organic web traffic by 10% per month from digital channels

Where and how you'll be working:

Please note that this job involves: Travel requirements Face to face time with public/customers/clients Location.

This job involves working in various locations. The role can be performed remotely, but when it is safe to do so we prefer to work in the office most of the time so we can collaborate effectively.

You must be aged 16-24 years old, and unemployed and claiming Universal Credit.

The role also asks that you are:

  • A clear and confident communicator, that likes interacting with other people
  • Have Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • 1+ years of experience working in a commercial or sales environment (desirable).

This programme is being delivered as part of the government’s Kickstart Scheme.
