Accounts Coordinator

Hello, we're an animation studio in London. We make characterful, playful animations that inspire anddelight, taking great care over the tiniest details – after all, it’s the little things that often make thebiggest impression. Most importantly, we believe in the power of character to bring a story to life.We’re looking for an Accounts Coordinator who will act as a point of contact within the Account Management team and will provide support to the Account Director and Account Managers.

We know our stuff, and we’re a nice bunch to work with. From our animators and illustrators, to our producers and account managers, everyone brings their own creative magic. We all love what we do – and that shows in our work.

You will contribute to the successful nurturing and expansion of current and new client partnerships.

Clients we’ve worked with over the past 6 months include Facebook, Google, Dunkin’ and Boden fromLondon, San Francisco to Shanghai.

You will help in various ways to support the smooth running of the Account Management team suchas helping to plan out new business drives and initiatives, research new and exciting industryopportunities, put together pitch decks, talks / 1:1 decks with clients and support the AccountManagers with other ad hoc requests and administrative tasks.

Our job descriptions are reviewed periodically and so duties may change.

You must be aged 16-24 years old, and unemployed and claiming Universal Credit.

What do you need to have?

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Team player who is able to work independently
Self-motivated
Strong time management and organisational skills
Confident IT skills

This programme is being delivered as part of the government’s Kickstart Scheme.

To be eligible to apply you must be aged 18 – 24 and claiming universal credit.
