Billi London

Sustainability Project Assistant

We are turning tights from something that has long been classed as a necessity into a product to be desired. We want women to fall in love with tights again and we are reviewing the whole consumer journey: from the design, the material, and the packaging to how and where women buy and care for tights. Our vision for the future is to become a fully circular brand and the world’s leader and specialist for the biodegradable « intimates wear» industry. We are looking for a passionate Sales and Marketing Executive to execute that mission with us.

The Sustainability Project Assistant’s core purpose is to build, implement and monitor our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan based on the Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) framework. Ethical & sustainable practices are at the core of our DNA: we carefully consider the impact that each of our decisions have on the People, the Planet and the Profit. This is an exciting and fast-paced position for someone who likes to manage projects, is on top of the latest developments and trends in ESG challenges, and with a passion to drive change in the fashion industry.

At Billi London, we are on a mission to revolutionise the old fashion and unsustainable tights industry.

We have created the world’s first biodegradable tights: a unique innovation for women, the tights industry, and the planet.

Billi London tights biodegrade in a record time of 5 years, which is up to 20 times faster than traditional tights. During the biodegradation process, our tights do not leave microplastics and will turn into renewable energies.

Only launched in November 2020 and after two years of R&D, we are off to a great start with over 500 clients and 99% of 5-star reviews. Forbes and The Telegraph described our solution as a major innovation.
