Crack Industries is looking for a Digital Marketing and Subscriptions Manager to join the commercial team. The main facet of the role will be managing the Supporters subscription model, both in terms of driving sign-ups and rewarding existing Supporters. This service was launched during lockdown and now acts as a hub for our most loyal audience, as well as the only way of accessing our monthly digital magazine.

The role also means you are also responsible for all of Crack’s B2C sales and consumer-focused output. The Digital Marketing, Sales, and Subscriptions Manager will develop a growth strategy to ensure this developing arm of the business expands. Working towards set sales targets throughout the year, the focus on SaaS, merchandise, and B2C sales reflects the changing nature of our business.

This role has a degree of flexibility as regards to location but will require drive, creative ideas, and ability to handle multiple campaigns at once, great reporting skills, and the ability to achieve targets and goals.

Our Digital Marketing, Sales and Subscriptions Manager will also work closely with members of Crack’s creative and management team so excellent interpersonal skills are also required.

The successful candidate would bring experience to the role but also fresh ideas and a strong focus on our impending Christmas campaigns. This application will remain open until the position is filled.

  • Design and deliver a new marketing strategy for our digital subscription service Crack Magazine Supporters
  • Plan campaigns across email, social, web and SEO to drive consumer sales of our range of products from the Crack Magazine Shop
  • Develop exclusive new benefits to enhance the Supporters package
  • Strong focus on acquiring and retaining subscriptions for Crack Magazine Supporters
  • Regular performance reporting to company directors
  • Develop campaigns to ensure our content reaches relevant audiences to drive subscriptions and sales
  • Work closely with our design team to optimise user journeys to our Shop and within our digital magazine platform
  • Manage the existing fulfilment and efficient customer service of the Supporters community
  • Develop a Christmas campaign to reflect consumer behaviour at this time
  • Create reactive and innovative sales strategies to reflect the different products available through our store
  • Creative ideation to sell and market new and existing products
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role within the music industry
  • Good working knowledge of Crack Magazine and its operations
  • Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Understanding of how to use data analytics and behaviour to drive conversions
  • Experience in running paid social campaigns across Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads optimising conversions
  • Existing agency and brand relationship in order to develop new opportunities and business
  • Strong knowledge of data compliance and handling requests
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong numeric and written reporting ability
  • Ability to work quickly and decisively
