You must be aged 16-24 years old, and unemployed and claiming Universal Credit.
There are no essential skills or experience required for this role, but we’re looking for someone who has a keen interest in film production, and an ambition to work in this field. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to see many different production roles in action and get a taste of what they may wish to do in the industry in the future. We will encourage you to ask questions as we want you to gain experience and insights into your future career.
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing person who is ready to throw themselves into our team and is keen to learn and improve their skillset. As a production assistant you want to become a sponge for how productions work, from the creative initiation, the workings of a film set to the final delivery of a film. We don’t expect you to know how it all works yet, but we want you to have an attitude that demonstrates your eagerness to learn, getting stuff done and are positive, energetic and extremely collaborative.
