We're looking for an ambitious Social Media & Content Officer to work within our Content Creation team to help deliver amazing experiences for our community of art lovers and museums all over the globe.

Our team needs a skilled communicator with an understanding of art, pop culture, written tone, style, and visual creative.  

Your main priority will be to support our Head of Content and Learning and Partnerships and Content Manager with social media calendars and posts, focused on research and community engagement.

Smartify’s award winning app platform using cutting-edge computer vision AI technologies to identify 2D and 3D artworks and objects, and instantly return text, audio and video interpretation. We are a small but diverse team from all over the world (based in London, Amsterdam, Madrid, Paris, Washington DC and more).

We do trips, conferences and events together on a semi-regular basis, and we are always committed to cultivating a company that embraces differences.

Note: Smartify is a fast-paced scale-up looking for an ambitious set of skills, however we DO want to hear from you if you are still learning some of these skills. This job is as much about talent and a positive attitude as it is about experience!

We are a remote-first working team with flexibility on location but preference in the UK. If you are a self-starter, able to work remotely with an international team and have a genuine passion for arts & culture, Smartify is the place for you!

Knowledge required:

  • Some experience in social media management, community management, and/or digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Familiarity with built-in social media analytics tools as well as third-party reporting and analytics
  • Passionate storytelling and excellent writing, punctuation, and style skills
  • Team spirit and excitement towards collaboration
  • Fan of museums and art, as well as pop culture, memes, social media challenges, and whatever else is trending online 

You must be aged 16-24 years old, and unemployed and claiming Universal Credit.
