About the role

We’re looking for a Runner/ Production/ Creative Research Intern, who is passionate about all things film and tv, to join our team for a 6-month internship at Stink Films, London.

What you will do:


On placement will learn a wide range of skills within the different departments in the organisations. In production you will learn planning, coordinating and time management skills, which are essential elements required to ensure a shoot day runs well. 


In sales you will learn to pitch the organisations talent to potential clients and bring in business. 

Creative Research 

In research you will learn how to find the best locations, information needed for a commercial and produce treatments for a client. 

Film and TV 

Read and evaluate IP materials that are submitted to us. Attending and taking pitches. Source and provide coverage of scripts/ books/ graphic novels/ journalistic stories/ podcasts etc

About you

Regardless of your background or what you studied in school; we look for some common character traits at Stink: 

  • You are self-motivated, confident in your craft and can give and take direction well. You are precise, detail-oriented, and consistently meet deadlines.  
  • You take initiative, demonstrate accountability in your work and with your teammates.  
  • Your understanding of technology may be light, but you are excited to learn and actively work towards being more knowledgeable. 

Reports to: Department Head  

Location: Old Street, London, EC1V 9HL  

You must be aged 16-24 years old, and unemployed and claiming Universal Credit.

This role also ask that you:

  • Are keen to collaborate as part of a team across disciplines
  • Have experience of Premier Pro, Copper CRM etc (desirable) 
  • Understand the importance of working to deadlines  
  • Are a good communicator and team player
  • Have. a can do attitude and willing to share ideas with the team and feedback on projects

This programme is being delivered as part of the government’s Kickstart Scheme.

To be eligible to apply you must be aged 18 – 24 and claiming universal credit.
