You will be reporting into the Managing Director, executing administrative and organisational support which supports the wider team and the growth of FML.

You will have administrative tasks and responsibilities within the accounts process which will include (but not limited to) data entry input & verification, communicating with our wider team and suppliers, and email management.

You will also be working closely with the Production team so will need to execute tasks in a timely manner, have top attention to detail and have great communication skills (both written and verbal).

You will also have tasks and responsibilities which contribute to the overall management of the FML studio, to ensure its smooth operation.

This includes ensuring the studio is always presentable and tidy, help with meeting preparation, answering the phone and being on hand to welcome visitors.

A good studio environment makes it so much more enjoyable for everyone, and we always want people to come back.

You will need to be personable, show initiative, professional and display common sense.

It is worth noting that you will NOT be responsible for washing dishes or heavy cleaning as such, but rather we need you to help keep the studio looking good. ‘Help’ includes making sure the ENTIRE team is onboard with their own contribution to this.

You will be required to work from the studio but we do not have an expectation that it needs to be everyday.

We are open and flexible to discuss what works for us both, however we would expect at least 75% of the time would be in the studio. The studio is in Hoxton, closest tube is Hoxton Overground.

We are a small team and our recruitment thus far has been successful because we find people who display initiative, an ability to get stuck in and help out in all areas of the business.

We look for people who fit our diverse, inclusive, ‘family feel’ culture. We like hard workers and anyone with a strange sense of humour.

So be yourself, show your commitment but always, ALWAYS remember that we come into the studio everyday because we like it, and we like each other. Be prepared to have fun with us.

But most importantly – we want you to be part of our team and be engaged with our brand.

Help our studio become stronger and better than what we were yesterday.

As individuals, let's help each other become stronger and better than we were yesterday.

You must be aged 16-24 years old, and unemployed and claiming Universal Credit.

We require the successful candidate to be dedicated to listening, learning and executing.

To already be aware of what the most successful method of learning is for yourself, and to be able to implement that into any environment and display your dedication to it.

Having worked in a fast paced team environment is important and successfully thrived on the collaboration, the feedback and enjoyed it.

Proven experience in the following is essential; great time management, ability to prioritise, high attention to detail and good communication.

A love of all things creative and the process of it will be helpful to the successful individual. Any type of production experience would be great.

Genuine interest in illustration and animation will be a big bonus.

Be personable. Be professional. Be respectful. Be polite. Be aware of others. Be helpful.
