Rogue Office Runner

As Rogue Office Runner you will be right in the heart of the Production Office, where you will get to see some of our projects from start to finish.

You will even have a chance to get onto a film production set, where you will be able to see Directors, Production Designers, Lighting, Camera handlers and more in action!

Life at the Rogue Office will involve supporting the core Office team and our Production Teams – you’ll get the chance to meet and work with some brilliant Directors, Executive Producers, Producers, Production Managers, Assistants and all the various teams who work hard to bring our film-work to life.

This experience will give you exposure to some of the most talented people working in commercial Film and Television production, and will ultimately give you fundamental skills to be able to thrive within this industry and beyond.

Rogue Films

In this role you will:

  • Help open and close the office
  • Support the Office Manager – restocking office supplies, managing couriers, relaying messages…there is never a dull moment, you will be kept on your toes!
  • Support Production Teams – helping with ‘runs’ which could involve gathering various items from in and around London, these could be anything because production changes everyday – exciting right?
  • Organise diaries
  • Help Directors with research – researching image and video references to help them create treatments, documents which help them create film scripts
  • Attend film production sets – you will support the Set Runners, and potentially get a chance to take some Behind The Scenes photo and video content for our social media
  • Receive basic training in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365

You must be aged 16-24 years old, and unemployed and claiming Universal Credit.

No previous experience of qualifications are required for this position. Instead, we are looking for someone who has the following:

  • INTEREST IN FILM - We are looking for people interested in film and TV, but you don’t have to be a film expert!
  • STRONG WORK-ETHIC – We value people who are focussed and determined to try their best in everything they do
  • CAN-DO ATTITUDE - We find the best way to learn is to just do, so be ready to throw yourself into new tasks
  • COMMUNICATION – good communication is essential in this role, we need someone who is able to communicate their information clearly and concisely
  • ADAPTABILITY- things can change at a moment’s notice, so we need a person who is able to think on their feet, and adapt to changes
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL – production is a very fast-paced, we need someone who is dedicated to making sure we are as detailed and precise as can be
  • RESILIENCE – mistakes happen, but it’s important to learn from them and strive to improve in everything that you do
  • EMPATHY – we need someone who is able to be considerate of other people’s perspectives, even when they are different from their own
  • CREATIVITY – this is creative production! We appreciate anyone who can help bring more creative ideas to the table

This programme is being delivered as part of the government’s Kickstart Scheme.
